I appear to be running two papers solo today. This could get very interesting.

I'm being transferred to another position at work, which is supposed to be more reputable and more interesting. But I'm feeling screwed because I can't work from home anymore.

Me: 'This is from Iraq and this is from Syria. Do you know these countries? '
Kid #1: 'Yes, there's war there.'
Kid #2: 'But they have more than war there. They have all this beautiful stuff.'
Kid #1: 'But if there's war there, all the beautiful things there get destroyed. Why can't they sit down together and talk about their problems instead of destroying their beautiful country? In the end they are both going to lose it.'

I'm sorry, I don't understand. I've been playing bass since 1986 and none of my basses have ever "broken down". What on earth have you been doing to your basses?!?!?!
