Two more days....two more days...

Unfortunately, just heard today I might have to work from a different office soon. It's going to cost a fortune to travel to and from work. :(

Maybe. There's something called the Balti Triangle in Birmingham which is a place with lots of Indian restaurants. Sounds nice doesn't it? Well apparently it's pretty rough.

Manchester has the Curry Mile - which is great, actually, I really like the place. Terrific retaurants, Asian supermarkets open very late, and safe area fior students. Bradford has some sort of curry area too, but I don't feel terribly safe in that place at night.

Bradford, or Bradistan?

I've heard of the Curry Mile. Apparently the restaurants are open really late, taking advantage of drunk students who think that a curry is a great idea after a night out.

Curry Mile is awesome, and yes, it lies between the city centre and the main student area. Manchester Academy is in that area....band followed by a curry, great! :)

Ugg, seems like everybody is getting ready for tomorrows annual Conspiracy Theory Carnival. :grumble:

Manchester Academy is part of one of the student unions isn't it?

I am going to Glasgow tomorrow. I will be conspiring. That is, I will conspiring to get drubl.

Or Indians/Pakistanis invented England's national dish?

Well supposedly Englands national (or most eaten? God knows) dish is a Chicken Tikka Massala.... which is outrageous, Fish'n'chips is the obvious choice, and there's way more chippies here than there are anything else.

Prowler, why would you get food poisoning? :P Also, I've never seen anywhere try and emulate British food.
