Good morning!

Hell yeah. Best time of the year (and Dutch record), against the wind, on a wet track. 2nd golden medal (she also won the 100m).

So apparently this is a "sport", this dude's crazy...Watch the video in full screen.

Or was crazy, apparently he died last year as a passenger in another car.

The world weighs on my shoulders, but what am I to do?

:)

I'm really in a RUSH mood today.... I'm working, but brought my iPod along for company. The one nice thing about weekends is that, if nothing really breaks, its quiet and no people bothering me while I read or listen to music ;)

Hey, that's pretty legit, man. I remember when I did iTunes Store support, I'd show up with my iPod and listen to music all day. 10 hours would just fly by - some days I'd sit at my desk for literally 6 hours without a break, and I would hardly notice.

Exactly!! It makes the time fly by! I have a MS course I took, that I'm going to re-read while tunes plays in the background and it rains outside--- honestly, I don't like working weekends in general-- but if its rainy outside and no bosses around and few real 'work' things to do, its not much different than what I'd be doing at home :)

Hey guys, haven't been on here in a week or two. I've been having problems with my ISP. They said they took out the internet payment (we even got a receipt), but roughly 6 six days after we "paid", our internet got shut off. So, until my internet gets turned back on, my postings will be somewhat inconsistent.

I need to email my line manager at work soon to tell her when I will be leaving but I don't know what to say. She had little involvement in recruitment and has barely spoken to me since I started in mid-April. I'm almost tempted to sign the email "Yours Faithfully" as a result.

You are quitting?

I'd say something simple: I'm writing to inform you that as of xxxxx date, I will no longer be working at X company.
