Painkillers perhaps, booze is out though, gotta take med's every 4 hours and shouldn't be drinking with it :( Spreading every day still so worst is yet to come.
 
T-shirt + jacket was a big mistake. It was freezing in class, so I was dressed the whole time. When I got out I thought my heart would explode. Couldn't catch a breath for about 15 minutes. Very windy and chill.

This is the first time I hear of shingles but I've had a similar rash on one leg for my whole life. I doubt that it's the same thing but I thought of checking it out in the near future. Good luck getting well!
