Almost a week ago, I bit into my tongue. After that, there's been a sharp pain in the front of my tongue if I touch anything with it. What's especially weird, is that the pain is somehow connected to my upper throat. When something touches the tongue-scar, it just like triggers a slight pain in my throat, at least I feel that way. Btw, the tongue-scar can barely even be seen, it's really really small but still causes trouble.
You might have damaged a nerve. You should see a doctor or dentist...I dunno who fixes tongue problems.
