Is this photoshop or did they actually have Eddies in space bubbles on the Somewhere in Time tour?

Must be photoshopped. I've never seen footage of Eddie in a bubble.

I don't think it is. It looks like a clear beach ball type thing with Eddie inside. It's possible it was fan made and someone brought it to a show. The photo itself has an aged, authentic look to it and everything about the picture fits together all too well for it to be photoshopped.

it's probably fake, but it always makes me sad that this tour didn't have a cd/vhs release back then. To me this is their best album and also song for song their best set list ever.
