My darling husband,
Before you return from your business trip, I just want to let you know about the small accident I had with the pick up truck when I turned into the driveway. Fortunately it's not too bad and I really didn't get hurt, so please don't worry too much about me. I was coming home from Wal-Mart, and when I turned into the driveway I accidentally pushed down on the accelerator instead of the brake. The garage door is slightly bent but fortunately the pick up came to a halt when it bumped into your car. I am really sorry, but I know with your kind-hearted personality you will forgive me. You know how much I love you and care for you my sweetheart. I am enclosing a picture of the damage for you. I cannot wait to hold you in my arms again.
Your loving wife.

P.S. Your girlfriend called.

Woo! Curling bronze!

I was watching the Ski Cross earlier and there was a Steven Bradbury moment in the quarter finals. The course ends with a massive jump and three of the four fell on landing. The guy in third managed to avoid the carnage and win the race but there was a photo finish for second! :D

Would any of you like a 20-minute suite like Octavarium but by Iron Maiden in sections?

I honestly think a 20 minute Iron Maiden song would be boring as hell. I'm sure Steve would use a long brooding intro, followed by 5-6 minutes of song, followed by a long brooding bridge that is mostly covered with dialogue samples and cryptic talking, followed by another 5-6 minutes of song, and a fading, brooding outro.

And if by "in sections" you mean:

Track 1 - The Majesty of Gaia, Part One: Heaven's Gate
Tracks 2-5 - other stuff
Track 6 - The Majesty of Gaia, Part Two: Fallen Empire
Tracks 7-8 - more other stuff
Track 9 - The Majesty of Gaia, Part Three: He Who Laughs Last
Track 10 - The Majesty of Gaia, Part Four: Majesty of Gaia

Then, no. I hate when bands do that. Either write a 20 minute song or don't. I'd rather have four different mid-length songs than four songs broken up that claim to be part of the same "song".
