Here too. If caught while driving with more than 0,05 % alcohol in your blood stream, your license is revoked for two years and you risk a 3 week prison sentence. From 0,02 to 0,05 will be a hefty fine.
 
That was the old rule in Norway. The 0,02 rule was introduced a few years back, and it was agreed that as long as you're under 0,05 you will not risk prison. For 0,05 to o,1% the prison sentence is usually conditional, meaning you're not doing time if you don't do anything wrong for the next two years.

But the fines are really hefty. They are not fixed, but set according to your income. A first-time offender will risk a fine of 1 month's pay!
 
0,05% is the limit in Germany too, except for beginners who must not have any alcohol in their blood stream. You get away with a 500 Euro fine and a one month ban. 0.11% is considered a crime by German law, and it can get you into prison.
