I certainly don't. What is it?

Are you familiar with NCAA, National Collegiate Athletic Association ? Well March Madness is the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship. It's probably the most competitive high quality basketball in the world. I got into it because of my love for NBA and following the young players of the league (since they get into the league through the draft after playing in college) but it's really a different world.
 
When I did my cutting I only ate twice a day. Around noon and then at dinner. Lost a shit load of fat this way!
2 years ago I had a about 6 month long period of time during which I ate at least 4 meals a day. Up until then I was borderline anorexic (not intentionally ofc) - 57 kg/182 cm. So when I finally got to a normal weight (75 kg I think), I just went back to 2 meals a day and I kept this weight until now.

That is great man, congratulations on keeping the weight too. 57 kg with your height was pretty bad :oops:

When I did my cutting I would usually eat two pieces of rye bread with fish for noon and then a big salad for dinner. Basically fasting/not eating for 16 hours...and allowing myself only to eat between 12 noon and 8 evening. On days when you work out/train more I'd eat more calories else not...Worked perfectly. Lost a shit load.
