That is great man, congratulations on keeping the weight too. 57 kg with your height was pretty bad

When I did my cutting I would usually eat two pieces of rye bread with fish for noon and then a big salad for dinner. Basically fasting/not eating for 16 hours...and allowing myself only to eat between 12 noon and 8 evening. On days when you work out/train more I'd eat more calories else not...Worked perfectly. Lost a shit load.
My technique was like this:
I had 3 mandatory meals at home (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Even when I had one of these somewhere else, I had to have one at home too.
Plus one or two extra meals, like some fruit, candy or similar stuff.
After I gained the weight I wanted, I couldn't fit in half of my clothes :D

I never understood how it could be a problem to GAIN weight. Its so easy for normal people.....but I know it is different and harder than that. So cool that you did it.

Well, my method only worked for when I wanted to cut fat/build muscle.

It really isn't easy. I have been using the same method NP uses for a year now and I only can gain 3 kgs only to lose them in summer. I added foods that are rich in protein to my menu, started to eat a lot more bread also some other food that usually helps to gain weight. Nothing changed. I stopped working out and started to sleep a lot more. Nothing changed. I started eating junk food. Nothing changed.

I'm now back to the healthy routine and nothing changes.

Yes, I know a lot of people who say: Oh just eat chips and ice cream and crap. But that is so not right. You still have to eat right...just more!

I'll tell you this though, I used to be able to skip the whole day without having anything to eat (well except for little stuff). Now without two meals I'm starving. Shame the weight difference between two periods is just 4 kgs. :D

Random thought of the evening: So, I've come to the recent realization that I can't change my Facebook cover photo to something other than Maiden. I've tried but it doesn't last very long and I go back to having something Maiden related. You know, I could have a picture of the husband and I or I could have a picture of a nice sunset or family pictures....nope, it has to be Maiden.

Nothing beats Maiden.
Has your cover photo ever been this?

:P

I had one profile picture (Eddie from the debut album cover) throughout my three year run at Facebook, also hadn't uploaded any photos of myself. :D

I had a lot of pictures, but I deleted them all. Nowadays I only use Facebook for messaging/chat. I can't remember the last time I uploaded a picture or wrote a status.

I only used Facebook to rant about struggles of daily life, social problems, economics and politics. :D

And of course, to see what cute girls were talking about.
