I can really only interpret it this way: Teutonic Thrash was the most genuine follower to Bay Area Thrash, which in turn was the most genuine follower to the NWoBHM. The reason is that all these genres came from a down-to-earth, industrial working class environment that was responsible for that raw, authentic sound and attitude these bands transmitted.
That's awesome, I just read that Sodom was formed by three guys that wanted a way to get of the coal mine they worked in and still get paid.
 
Yeah, Tom Angelripper did an extensive feature with the German Rock Hard magazine once in which he talked about his life as a coal miner.

I'm working from home, but I'm actually lying in bed, drinking coffee and listening to SSOASS. On top of that, I don't have much to do and it's Friday. What could possibly be better?
 
Well, look at me. I fell asleep at 7 pm, woke up at 1 am and have been working ever since. And I've actually been extremely productive.
 
How could they publish this thing at all? Were the editors stoned? They could have published "20 best shades of grey to match your underwear" or "101 signs she really likes you" or something instead of that.
