Looong day. Finally glad to be home. Was at my uncles funeral today. Everything about it was very nice even though it was sad. A mix of tears and laughter and it was very nice to be with my family, of course. Now, it's time to relax and enjoy the rest of my day off from work.

Just want to add my sympathies, Moonchild.

I'm glad there was laughter in it, too. In my eyes, that shows that someone was truly loved. I've been to very different funerals than that.

I know I've said indivdual 'thanks' but I figured I'd just say thank you all for your sympathies. You guys have been great and it really has helped me through it

I'm glad to hear that, too. It's always a great thing that a few words can help somebody thousands of miles away... even if it's just on an internet heavy metal forum.

I completely agree.

This just proves even more that you guys are all an awesome group of people and I couldn't be happier being here. :)

And we couldn't be happier having you here! Take that from a guy who's been around here for almost nine years now.

You should. ;) In all those years, I think the atmosphere here has rarely been as pleasant as right now. We've had many great times, but right now, I'm really enjoying myself here.

Good that you're around right now. I only get this soppy on early mornings or when I'm drunk. :P

For my recent term paper, I've been doing nothing but look at coins for days now. Coins, coins and more coins.

Those are really neat! I'm in no way a coin collector or anything but I've always thought different types of coins to be pretty interesting.

My dad is a coin collector, so I grew up with an affinity for that. He actually has a couple of the latter type, which is pretty cool when you consider that you're holding a 2000-year old piece of history in your hand.

What makes the work I do rather difficult is that I have to teach myself as I go along. Just throw a short glance at these links and consider that I have, at the very least, browsed about two thirds of the titles listed:
