1989: The Berlin Wall falls and half of Europe wins freedom, while Khomeini goes to hell. Queen release The Miracle, and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade hits the theaters.

On another note, I was quite surprised to find this:

1989 - the fall of the Berlin Wall, the end of the Cold War and Communism in Eastern Europe.

Ah, you beat me to it again!

6-6 in the final of the UK Snooker Championship 2012 before the final 7 frames between Mark Selby and Shaun Murphy. Some good play from both so far, and it could be late before we have a winner. Too late for me to follow it to the end ...

I sort of get the appeal of snooker, but it's still pretty crazy what people will watch. Every time I'm down at my parent's place, they have Eurosport on, no matter what they are showing. Today, it was curling. Curling! What a pointless game! I couldn't find any appeal with it at all!

I don't understand curling but I find something fascinating about it and enjoy watching it. But then again, I love watching all kinds of winter sports.

Guys, my life's probably gonna change. For a long time I'm fed up with my shitty job, and I just got a nice opportunity. I'm a bit scared, but they say you have to be prepared and grab your chance .. wish me luck.

Good luck!

And ... good night. I'll see how far the snooker match goes before it's time to call it a day.
