Winter has already been here for weeks.

Yep, it rained once, and the temperature is now in the LOW 70s rather than the high 70s.

Better than in many other big cities with crap weather (NY, Chi, Hou, SF, Atl, etc.). But, I'll concede: the traffic is better, and the weather nicer, in San Diego and Santa Barbara. But that's about it. And, now that Obama doesn't have to raise money for reelection anymore, hopefully the Obama-caused traffic snafus will be kept to a minimum.
