No, no off-side. Unfortunately.

Relegation is still a possibility and we really needed a win yesterday. And there are people at work who enjoy rubbing salt in open wounds, hitting below the belt et cetera.

I know. My favourite team lost to our biggest rival on Saturday. I'm still ashamed to look at some people but they are not shy to make fun of me.

Well. I could take it if it came from someone who actually follow another team in the league. It's worse when it comes from someone who do not really care - i.e. whom I have no means of getting back at. That pisses me off.

The intro and the harmonies on that song are simply wonderful. It's a shame that it has a mediocre structure as a song, could've been really special.

At least it's not as bad as every single Primus song structure.

What the hell is wrong with Italy? It convicted six scientists of manslaughter simply because they failed to predict an earthquake -- which is inherently unpredictable -- and actually sentenced them to six years in jail. Link. One of the dumbest things I've ever heard.

OK, epic fail to this whole forum for having nothing for me to read in this thread. :)
Listen to The Move. A couple things: First, the "Shazam" reference brings me back to my childhood watching Captain Marvel and Isis (who was smokin' hot, btw) on Saturday mornings. Second, if the "Shazam" album were the only surviving record of human musical performance to be discovered by an alien species thousands of years in the future...I'd totally be cool with that.

I'd give a big 'plus 1' to all the above statements!! Love Shazam/Capt Marvel.

PS... good luck tonight driving in L.A.

Love Shazam/Capt Marvel.

Believe it or not, my nickname was Shazam in elementary school. My last name is Elder, and on the show it was the "elders" who helped the kid turn into Capt. Marvel when he yelled "Shazam!" Probably for the best it didn't stick. I watched about 5 minutes of it on YouTube just now, and it does NOT hold up well with the passage of time. It's godawful, and the Isis show is even worse -- but again, worth watching because the actress is outrageously gorgeous.

You know, gallopping bassline, usual chord movements etc.
Standard maybe, but I wouldn't call it mediocre. Not everything has to have varying structures to be great. Something I like about No Prayer is the stripped down sound of it. Now whether or not it worked is a matter of taste, and I would say that it did for the most part; I find No Prayer to be a bit underrated. Doesn't work with some songs but it certainly works with Fates Warning imo. Sometimes staying in the box can be a good thing, I think.

In other news, I got to hear live Mongolian Jazz at school today. Badass.

It was by members of this group:
