Yeah... Nothing like romanticizing the past! I hate it when a show doesn't look as good in real life as it did in my memory... but, yeah, Isis is/was hot!
 
Whoa.... I've been watching a bunch of nasty 70's era show clips on you tube.... thanks, Cornfed Shazam, for leading me down that road! ;)
 
I had a group of 30 full-grown ghetto Turks to guide through the museum today. You must know that Turks are the largest group of immigrants in Germany, and if I say that, it's meant to be understood like Hispanics from an LA ghetto. I stood there and for the first few minutes, I was paralysed from terror, because they looked like they're not happy to be there and I'm to blame.
In the end though, some of them were actually quite nice and interested in what I had to tell them - they were surprisingly well aware of the fact that it was their own culture, after all.

But now I wanna go outside and play. It looks like the last nice day we are going to have for a while. I hafta get home and run!

In other news, I'm having an exam in Kurdish tomorrow and can't be bothered to do any studying for it.
 
Don't study, have a drink. We have a saying here: If you want to pass the exam, you should buy it a drink. Something like that.
 
Well, it's a win-win situation. If you pass, it worked. If you fail - at least you didn't waste your time studying.
I must admit this philosophy tells you everything you need to know about Bulgarians, really. :D
