Ya, it's nice to see that against TM. It's not much, but it's better than nothing.
If this applies worldwide and not just in the US then I will get approximately £13.50 from them. That's actually not enough to buy another ticket!

It could be upwards of $30! Damn. What a settlement.

Still, it's probably millions from their back end.

Soundalike-recording and mixing in school. I've heard it a gazillion times by now. I had to listen to it when recording drums. I had to listen to it when creating the kick and snare samples. I had to listen to it when reamping the guitars (through Amplitube, Axe FX and a Peavey 5150 in the studio, so a lot of reference listing to the damn song), I had to listen to it in loops when recording vocals and just completed a 6 hour (excluding breaks) mixing session. And I have a 4 hour session to look forward to on Wednesday.

It's like brainwashing. I know they use music as a method of torture (listen to the same song days in a row). I'm beginning to get a taste of what it's like. Hatred.

I run a PC with no antivirus and I never have a problem.

So you rent your porn rather than stream it? :p

Don't even get me started on the ridiculously overbiased PC vs Mac adverts... which should really be called Windows vs MacOSX, as you can run MacOSX/Linux on a PC aswell  ::)...

I'm a Mac fanboy and frankly I find this PC v. Mac fucking retarded. But I find Window's or "PCs" response even more so retarded. Walking into a store and getting a PC that supposedly does what a Mac does for less than 900 dollars? give me a fucking break...

At the end of the day it depends what you want to do. Macs have always been workstations, finally breaking into the mainstream market with the iMacs. Prior to that you would only find them in schools, movie/music studios and the occasional graphic design artist's loft.

As for the Window's based answered you mentioned, the only reason they exist is thanks to Apple making fun of them. That is how the market works... competition. So the way I see it it is a win-win situation for the consumer. Apple makes fun of windows for not having affordable or bundled media software... before you know it you have in house and third party developers making them.

In the end, nothing to cry about either way.
