I stayed home Tuesday, because I was tired of working...
 
Gaddafi is dead. Sad that it came to it, but I am not surprised. He was likely taken out and simply executed.

Regardless, this is the beginning of the end for the war in Libya. Without a leader, they will surely break apart. A bloody victory for the Arab Spring, but it is a victory. We now look to Yemen and Syria. This has gone on all year. It started in January, and it won't be over until the fat lady sings.
 
I heard that on the radio this morning.  The statement was that he 'died from injuries sustained while fighting' or something like that.

Interesting that it has finally happened after so many decades.
 
Never had it on a bun like on the can though. That ought to taste good though.
 
Just got done with ...And Justice For All! it's competing with Kill em All and Master of Puppets for my favorite Metallica album.
 
Just watching the rugby world cup 3rd 4th place play off. Wales are on the rack and Shane Williams has just got completely clattered.
 
The offspring (my offspring) turns 18 today! So, bonfire @ Wasteds house! Food, drinks, fun! And a bunch of teenagers...
 
New Zealand World Champion Rugby! They were the best team of the tournament.

To be honest: France was the best team in the final. Earlier on they were not that good (they had some luck that they came so far), but in the final they were fully rehabilitated. If they'd won, I think it would have been deserved. With raised heads they can leave New Zealand and return home.

But what a fantastic final it was!
