So, you try to download the newest drivers for the video card, but the PC stops working when you do?

did you reinstall XP when it crashed?
The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is when you are in your video settings, click advanced and go to your video card's tab in that popup, see if there is a resolution there you can modify.

Otherwise, I'd go to the add remove programs, uninstall whatever driver is listed there for the card and try to reinstall it...

I'll write what happened in details:
-I was searching something on Google
-Suddenly, the screen turned to black, and computer restarted
-Windows logs on, resolution 800x600 (before the crash it was 1366x768)
-I try to set it back to 1366x768, but it's not in the options
-Then I try to update the drivers for the video card in hardware list
-Can't find the video card
-Finally found the video card, but it's listed as "video VGA card" or something like that, but it should be "nvidia g-force" or similar
-Tried enable/disable, troubleshoot, update, roll-back - nothing works
-Tried to find out which video card it is, but it's listed as "unknown video card"
-Finally, I uninstall it, and it dissappears completely
-So I think that video card is dead

EDIT: Also, I turned off the electricity cable and then turned it on again, still doesn't work.

You need to know the exact model of your graphics card. Windows XP automatic driver update sucks moosecock, so you'll want to go to nvidia.com and get the XP drivers manually.

I think one of the greatest reliefs you can experience is not when you've finished an agenda - that, I think, is simply satisfaction - but when you suddenly realise than an agenda that once appeared huge and overwhelming is starting to clear up.

Second that. For example, I thought six months ago that I would never finish my PhD thesis on time. Now, with six weeks left to my self-imposed deadline, I'm quite confident that I'll make it.

And when I realized that, it felt like a 50 kg load was taken off my back.

How? I like mine, the only problem is it isn't great for gaming, but that really doesn't bother me.

They are smaller and I can take them wherever I want. The only games I'm going to play on it are FIFA, NBA and GTA.

They don't cool as well, they break more frequently, and aren't as easy to upgrade.

I'd buy a rockstar desktop, then get some sort pad to RDP back in!  :)

Wasted dumbass move of the day:

I work about 45 min from home, where my ex lives. I took my son up to the ex for a dentist app today. When I got home I didn't see him. Because I forgot to pick him up @ his moms. Driving back...
