Those last few posts were quite interesting. On a different note, I know there was a thread for it, but it hasn't been posted in for like 6 years. Anyone know how Clive's doing lately?  :S

Haven't heard about him since the last MS fund thing which I think was in 2005. There is a new site for him under construction though.

Yeah I saw the site under construction. I have no clue why, but I've been thinking about him A LOT over the last few days, so I of course am a little worried and hoping he's doing ok.

Wasn't sure where to post this, so I'll just stick it here.

My secretary (ahem, admin assistant) moonlights as a freelance music photographer.  She gets photo passes to most shows and takes pictures for various publications/webzines.  Her photos are pretty good.  Anyhoo, she went to Rush's show last night and took photos that can be seen here -- if you click around you can see some other bands, like U2 last weekend.

Wow that is the coolest drum kit I have ever seen.
So I went to plug the charger for my laptop in and it wouldn't charge so I though, "great, now I'm going to have to get a new charger". After digging through old cords to see if I could find another working adapter, I give up and go to play guitar. I turn on my amp without it working and check to make sure everything is plugged in and notice that the wall extension got unplugged.  <_<

Have you listened to Watershed?  I really like that album quite a bit.

I also strongly recommend Ghost Reveries, which is the album that immediately preceded Watershed.
I've not heard either - I'm a member of emusic and they don't have those ones. From what I understand, both of those albums where on Roadrunner and that label is not on emusic.

My computer crashed yesterday, and now the monitor resolution is fucked up. It should be 1366x768, but now that resolution is not even in the options. Anyone have an idea how to get the right resolution back?

I'd reboot first. What OS are you running and what did you do to recover from the crash?  Its possible you need to reinstall the video driver...

Everything works as before the crash, except that resolution problem. I use Windows XP. I think that video card is dead, 'cause everytime I try to update it, it stops responding...
