He's like a baby: "OH MOMMY I WANT CHOCOLATE BEFORE LUNCH BUHUUUUU I DONT WANT TO EAT UNTIL I GET MY CHOCOLATE!". What would it be like if everyone in the country goes on a strike until they get what they want? Hey, I want Iron Maiden to play here tomorrow, I won't eat until they do!

AND WHERE'S MEH CHOCOLATE MILK!?!?!?

LOL! Are you democratic?

In the area of study, Berlin/friend/student/relations?
Hope things will work out well mate. If you need help on something within my limits feel free to pm or elaborate here.

Student/Postgraduate stuff. I can really only sit there and hope things won't turn out too bad. I'll probably know next week. If you want to help me, cross your fingers for me, knock on wood or try some old-fashioned voodoo. ;)

Conservative government will equal...lots of bad stuff.

As always and everywhere. German politics is highly interesting at the moment, though: The government (Conservative-Liberal coalition) is falling apart and the Green party is shooting upwards. They just won their first state election and have their first minister president- in the most conservative state of the country, no less! Polls currently show them as the second strongest party in the country. By comparison, they had their highest score ever in the 2009 Bundestag election (10.7%) and yet they were only the fifth-strongest party. If we had elections now, a Social-Democrat/Green coalition would have the majority as in the Schröder era - but the Greens would be the dominant party this time, meaning they get the lion's share of ministers and the chancellor. And Merkel would disappear in oblivion, like she deserves.

Yes, kinda. They (DP or DS in Serbian) are least evil :)

I know. :)

Serbia hit rock bottom during the Milosevic regime (the wars, NATO bombings...). You could have been in EU if Djindjic wasn't assassinated.  :(

I'm not really sure what would have happened with Djindjic, but I think that until Mladic and Hadzic surrender to Haag (or die) we won't enter EU.

Hahahahaha, check out these 2 pictures:

(For those not familiar with Serbian politics, the guy in both pictures is the opposition leader on a hunger/thirst strike).

Well, at least your politicians are more flamboyant than ours. A bunch of old white guys who never do anything interesting.

Or until Serbia declares Kosovo's independence = never (I'm not trying to be offensive or anything, but this is a fact).

Hahahahaha. From this moment, I feel sorry for him - I really do...  :(

How long is he in strike, anyway?

He started the strike at 07:30 on Saturday. Yeah, it's a sad thing to say, but there's no use in thinking that we can bring back Kosovo at this time... :( There are only 4% of Serbian people there... I just wish that we could move them to Serbia...

It's hard to keep the Kosovo situation under control without using any physical force...  :(
But like you said, all hope is gone...

P.S. I'm from Crna Gora. Almost 30 km from Serbia's border.

Friend: "My natropath said to take these pills before coffee and wait an hour."
Me: "NATUROPATH!?"
Friend: "Hahaha I haven't had my coffee, sorry I didn't spell it right."
Me: "It's not the spelling. If I told you to spell naturopath right I would have said B-U-L-L-S-H-I-T!"
