Foro, as a Dutchman you would be loving it in Trondheim now. We have had subcooled rain during the night, so the entire fuckin' city is a gigantic skating track!

France v England tomorrow. And the French coach has stirred it up:

I have been reading a biography of Winston Churchill but I left the book at home because I was starting to like the English.
:D

Well, I am not the biggest fan of skating myself. (crazy Dutchman I am, I even don't like cheese)

Don't fall!  :)

I'm shocked.

And the warning is a bit late, I had already had a rendezvous with the icy ground before I wrote my previous post. In fact, my second step outdoor this morning was on black ice, on the stairs outside the door. And man, those stairs were hard. I won't be sleeping on my right side tonight.

@Albie:  at that quote! I thought you and the Froggies were friends since the World Wars?  :P

And the local ice age is gone, at least temporarily.  We've had 2-3 weeks of -15 to -20 degrees Celcius, and today it finally rose above -10.  At -20, I couldn't even listen to music when walking outside, because the earbuds suck all the heat out of my ears in about five minutes.

I might dip in and out of that match tomorrow. The most interesting thing I've seen in the 10 or so minutes that I've watched of the 6 Nations this year is that tiny little stand behind one of Ireland's goalposts.  :P
