That track was on their debut album (Survivors) - that Paul Samson himself took on the vocal duties.
Thanks. I think i'm gonna give the album a listen today. I'm quite glad to finnally have recordings from bands like angelwitch and praying mantis but i'm not sure about the other bands. (Ethel the Frog WTF?)

Ablie showed up!

@Per, not a bad idea, on all of it.  I need to get back into running, once it got cold, I just bailed on it. :(

I've spent many a meatless week, and I felt very good with it. I actually think it is healthier to reduce meat consumption, and if you eat less of it, you can afford to buy from ecological farming.

It certainly is. Though I'm speaking about the long term, if you want to keep like this for years.
Anyway, I'm one of those who believe that man, not only could do fine without meat at all, but even, should do.

Well, there are some studies that show some vitamins (I think its B12, but I could be wrong) are only found in meat (or you can take tablets).  So, I like to have a balanced meat intake, but going easy on the red meat (which I am to understand, may be a cause in Alzheimer).  I like to eat chicken and pork with beef mixed in now and then.

I can't say I remember too much about Ethel The Frog (I used to have Metal for Muthas on vinyl way back), but don't judge them on their name.

@Wasted, Christmas got in the way. :D

Nope. Everything that one can find in meat can be found elsewhere, plus without the meat's toxins.

Being that my wife is a veggie (and so is my Mum) I don't eat a lot of meat in general. Only occasionally at home and when we eat out. As for the eco farming bit - watching how pigs are kept in these industrial farms they have in the States can put anyone off bacon for good. Fortunately, it doesn't happen here to pigs but chickens are generally kept in abysmal conditions in the UK.

Haha!  I hear that!  good going, though.

Not naturally.  Granted, if you are willing to supplement your diet with pills, you can make up the difference.

OK, so here is how it stands:

England have played Australia three times in the current Ashes series and the scores are 1-1 (one test could not be completed due to rain). They are currently in the middle of the fourth test and England are in the ascendency (having bowled out the Aussies for 98 and are at 444-5 with three days left). If England rack up a big score of, say, 560 all out, there will be little chance of Australia saving the match - unless they bat for nearly three days. Should England win this test, they retain the Ashes on account that they are the current holders - regardless of the result of the final test.

Now, how exciting is that? :D

And to find out that their captain, Ricky Ponting, has once again lost his cool, makes it much more interesting.

That does sound cool!  I think I follow what you are saying-- so its kinda like the Ryder Cup in golf, if it's a tie, it goes to whoever has it to start the tourney?

I did some reading again, its B12 that isn't in veggies-- now, it can be found in dairy and eggs...

This is not meat, you see? There are two types of being vegetarian: One who does not eat meat and one who does not eat meat and its products. (eggs, milk) I was meaning the first one.

Vegans are evil. More than a dietary choice they function more as an extremist political faction who think in black and white terms and if you are not a tree-hugging, PETA-loving Vegan, they have no problem telling you that you are what is wrong with this world...

There I said my peace. Sorry, but Vegans really do rile me that much. Vegetarians are very laid back, cool people (several of my friends are vegetarians), but Vegans... good god, haven't met a single decent one.

Good news everyone! I'm half dead!

Quitting tomorrow. I thought about doing the remaining 2 shifts of the month but if they are the same as today I won't survive them.
Seriously, just because I'm tall and the only guy there doesn't mean I have to lift 250 chairs and 50 tables.

Just tell your female coworkers what I tell mine, "I'm all for women liberation and equality... lift your own damn chairs!" :p
