You'd never know by looking at me. There's no physical sign or anything wrong with my gait. This is nothing though. Before I got my insoles, I'd get my arch to flare up and become stiff and straight like a rod (no sexual puns here). To make it go away, I'd have to press very hard with both thumbs on the arch and hold it for like two minutes. The worst is when this woke me up at night. The good news is that this only happened about once a month (no sexual puns here either).

Like I always say, life could be much worse. You could get in a car accident that could paralyze your entire body. It still sucks though and I hope you're feeling better.

Oh yeah! A colleague (sp?) suggest I go for acupuncture (sp?). But I'm pretty good. Just gotta be careful not to strain myself running. My biggest problem now is not my foot, but the belly I'm collecting. Fudge! Still not overweight, but if I keep this up...

Yep. My laptop couldn't handle anything. I have it running on my wife's on medium everything. Playing small world with five other players. It is fairly slow, but definitely playable, at least with only 40% (estimated) of the world discovered.
I love the fact that units cannot be stacked. I hated late games from past Civ because of this factor.
