I have to watch Residente Evil as well, I enjoyed the previous movies, they were funny.

The games are class, the 4 is one of the best I've ever played and the 5 only played on multiplayer and it ruled.

Amazing, isn't it!?  My son is happy, and will stay here tonite.  He had to go stay with a friend last night to do homework... yep, thats what I thought too.

Haha!!  Actually, I shouldn't give him too hard a time.  His best buddy was sick, and mine went to help him with trig and American History.  The buddies mom is a sweetheart and is great to the kids.

I want to get my hands on the paper he wrote the other day-- it was something about Religion vs. Science, but I didn't get a chance to finish reading the paper.

Good guess!  He is a junior this year.  It was some sort of Creative Writing class, and it was supposed to be somewhat philosophical.  It was short, and leaned towards the scientific postulate that there was a single particle that created energy, and, thus, the universe-- and if that was the case, is it possible that the 'particle' in question could, in fact, be god? Not necessarily his belief, but something to debate (devils advocate style).  He's lucky, because his boss used to be an English teacher, so he 'graded' the paper to help him before turning it in.

We merged schools with another district a few years back, and got some really interesting teachers/classes.  He had a really cool digital photography class, and has some pretty good teachers there.

Photography.  We had that when I was in highschool.  Many schools still do.  Personally, I liked the communications class.  A few of us would make a script, act it, shoot it, edit it on old machines (early 90s).  Ours was on extinct species, specifically Asian tigers.  We used Megadeth's 'Countdown to Extinction' as a v/o; the woman with an accent giving her speil as we flashed some scary stats on screen.

He had some sort of class, freshman year, where he set up a powerpoint presentation with a video embedded in it, he has done a few 'video editing classes'.  The digital photo class was cool, because their final project was to arrange the photos they took into a slide show with a music background for the 'mood' of the pics.  He used a song from Nine Inch Nails "Just LIke You Imagined".

Comcast is very good to me! :D

However, my actual speed tier is 12/2. The higher speed is because of powerboost, a feature that increases download speed for the first 20MB of a file.

I get bundled services and my bill doesn't list the separate amounts. I have digital cable, internet, and VOIP phone all for $144/month before taxes and fees. So, if you average that out, it's $48 per service. Which reminds me. I have to call Comcast and threaten to switch to Qwest so I can get another year of promotional pricing. ;) :D

Why did you say "ugh"?

My internet connection is pretty poor in comparison to that. Still, I don't pay for it - and it works. I can watch most Youtube vids without pausing it.

Powerboost wouldn't help me at all.

I pay around $78 for phone and internet. I'm very happy with my connection.
