I take this as a joke ! Adrian is a magical guitarist and not to remember his own solo or whatever, blah blah... If a female guitarist from the Iron Maidens tribute band can play it and other cover bands can, why Adrian can not - that's a lame excuse ! He is better than all of them and for me he is the best guitarist ever !

If we hypothetically assume that Maiden will play Back In The Village on the still yet unconfirmed second leg of LOTB tour, which song should replace ? Honestly, the song cannot fit in any of the set themes, but I will be ok to replace Where Eagles Dare. :innocent:

You guys should stop with this ATG wet dreams.

The reason why it hasn't been played live and will never be is that it's a song that does not tell anything from a lyrics perspective and while the studio version sounds great, in a live gig it would should like s..t. So stop dreaming, because the last thing you want is to remain with a bitter taste of a mediocre performance of a song you have dreamed about for years.
 
Do we think Maiden will play in Europe next year? If they do, I think next year might be the last leg of this tour. I can't seem them touring three years in a row in Europe the same tour. If they drop Europe next year, I have a feeling they might come back in 2020 for a Maiden England 2014-ish leg before the next album.

The joke aside, I think it will sound surprisingly well with the 3 guitars live. CSIT too.

Come on, what does gender has to do with technical habilities ? Many women are great guitar players, and some are more gifted than well know male guitarists.
