Why some of you even try to find exuceses for Dave weight? That is his problem or it is not even problem for him.
And also he is the member that had biggest weight differences of all band members over the years so this is nothing new for him.

No not everyone gain weight during lockdown, I lost a lot of weight and some people around me also, so that is not excuse. And for sure, Dave was not locked in some apartment during lockdown. He was in his villa in Hawaii playing golf and eating lobsters :D

About deleting posts about his weight. I support that, not because it is inappropriate, but because some of these jokes were very bad, not funny at all and childish.

forum staff... You are way too sensitive (for deleting my comment) I sincerely don't think Dave is as obese as Fat Bastard from Austin Powers. It was only lighthearted joke. I'm disappointed

What you expect, a mod went as far as to post the same thing twice. And you injected that bad bad picture two posts below. I mean even without the warnings that picture was begging to be deleted already. Usually I don’t like deletions but this was well worth it.

And you are not disappointed :p

I read again an old interview in the German magazine “Classic Rock” about the Legacy tour.
My translation:
“I never would have predicted that I would be playing guitar under a Spitfire”, beams Dave Murray as the band comes off stage, ready to do it again in a few days. We believe you, Dave. How can you ever top that? “There's always something you can do“, Steve interjects, unflinching as ever. “When you get to my age, there's always a bucket list. There are personal things and things with the band on it.”
Next excerpt, my translation:

Steve: "Oh, I have ideas all the time, I couldn't use them all in three lifetimes, it's crazy. I'm very lucky that never died down."
"You put on different hats," Dave adds, "There is the studio hat, the gig hat and the gather-a-few-ideas hat. So there's a lot of hats in the band. And a lot of heads to put them on, hahaha! But songwriting is always happening, in the background."
For Adrian, being on the road and in front of a live audience is one of the most inspiring experiences a songwriter can have, and he already finds this tour to be no exception. "There's this crackle of energy," he smiles, "because you're close to the essence. You're in the same building as the audience and you sense this energy that feels like you can tap into it. Quite often that's just before the gig, when I'm tuning the guitar and playing around a bit. Then I get out my cell phone and record some ideas with it. Being on tour is definitely inspiring, it's great.

Off topic, has anyone seen videos of the latest Bon Jovi gigs? They have tuned down and Jon Bon Jovi's voice still sounds completely shot! I'm optimistic about Bruce sounding good on tour but you never know.

Bruce sounds fine. But the Bon Jovi thing has been going for few years already, I can't believe someone is willing to pay for performance like that.

Bruce sounded pretty bad on the 2019 leg of LotB
I know. Too bad that they couldn't record live-album from 2018 dates.
He was sick and wasn't delivering the best in 2019 but overall he's handled pretty well in the last couple tours.
Hope to hear his fine voice soon..

Now that the tour's coming closer, do you strong feel that they will add 3 Senjutsu songs to the setlist (as mentioned in Bruce's interview)?
I think 2 Senjutsu songs will be there for sure. WOTW being one of them. And yeah, there is a possibility for 3.

I think if they do 2, they'll do TWOTW and Senjutsu. If they do 3, they will do Stratego too. IMO Stratego's inclusion is dependant if they drop WED.

Ok, haven't followed much. I only thought after the interview that they would probably play Senjutsu, Stratego and WOTW.
Don't matter too much, it's Maiden and in june I'll be seeing LOTB for the 3rd time. Im already waiting for full show to be been and heard on the Senjutsu World Tour. Hopefully that will happen.
