Kevin Shirley is mixing more Maiden..

I don't see a need for Maiden England 2013. We can already see all these songs live from other live DVD's wether its from Live After Death, Beast Over Hammersmith, Maiden England 88, or Live at Donington. They've already released all the songs, why would they do it again? And I have a question, has there been any live officially released video of Phantom of the Opera?

The story I remember hearing about that was they had the music but no lyrics to the song so Paul claims he came up with them just before that show. Who know how true that is.

I can't imagine Maiden doing that. Paul often tending to invent stories, I assume this is not absolutely true. I've also read that Steve disliked those intial lyrics, which prompted Paul to write new ones.

Check out the whole Early Days DVD, for that matter. The 4 concerts are all fantastic and it has lots of cool bonus features too.

Yeah so Di'Anno says! It's not true though. Paul sings those same lyrics at the Reading gig (months before), which is included on the BBC Archives cd, as part of the Eddie box set (along with Beast Over Hammersmith 1982, and Beset of the B sides).

Why does he make up so many tall tales?!

It would be nice to not have to put on the mehfest that is Raising Hell to enjoy a live version of Afraid to Shoot Strangers.
