In my mind I've decided on which 5 songs I want to see on top of the list. And since Dissident Aggressor is one of them, I must say I dislike all this voting for this fierce little piece of pure kickass.

I like Sinner more. There's more variation and moods. The best part I find in that suspenseful midpiece. Not only the guitar solo and Halford vocals. Check how that 17 year old Simon Philips intensifies his parts underneath it. At some point he really gets on top of it. His drums evolve from subtle percussion towards a menacing rhyhtm with dead on breaks. Rare stuff, for Priest at least.

Not to say that his drums on Dissident are less good. That really is some heavy double bass shit!
Sinner just tops it in atmosphere imo.

Ahh, Sin After Sin is just a great album!  :ok:
