Bruce interviewed in Costa Rica

This is a good one, with some interesting stuff:
Nicko interviewed in Mexico - part 1
Funny moment about one of Nicko's former bands Trust:
Question: "What could have been the most important thing you learned from them?"
Answer: "Not to learn French. Not from those guys, 'cause they spoke with Parisian slang, where all the words were back to front. (Later more serious answer..)

About what he learned from Steve:
"...he's taught me my style, basically, Steve..."
"...people tell me "You got a fast right foot", then I say "I haven't got a fast right foot, I just have a right foot that goes with his bass."

Nicko interviewed in Mexico - part 2
About the upcoming album:
"When we did AMOLAD, we actually had, well, I had a couple of ideas, Adrian had at least 2 more, Steve had 2 or 3 more songs, Bruce had a couple, Davey had a couple, so we didn't get around to these ideas. Because the ten songs that we had written were as had been presented to the band..... and we went "That's ten fantastic absolutely dropdead freakin' amazing songs: that's it. So I know for well there's at least five ideas that didn't make it to the AMOLAD album...

Thanks a lot!

The Holy Smokers (Iron Maiden secret gig TV special)
FIRST (secret) gig with Janick featured in a TV presentation. Songs featured: Wrathchild, Public Enema Number One. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6FG7QZfYmo

That was at my local "rock venue"  'The Pitz', the year i was born! ahaha.
It's a 400-capacity venue, very very good as well. Pulled in some quite big names ih the past- Marky Ramone, The Buzzcocks, The Damned...

That reminded me, the Holy Smokers was a video I uploaded.

Just wondering, although i get a feeling i should probably check the commentary.
Is there any known bootlegs of this show?

It would be brilliant!
Although, it's a small venue, so i guess soundboard bootlegging could be difficult...

Edit: Found my answer! great!

A special one here. Interview with Bruce right before his "last" Maiden gig (Raising Hell) in 1993.

Studio report of Fear of the Dark: Looks like they're having a great time!
Brings back some nostalgic feelings !

Funny video: Bruce fencing on MTV with Ray Cokes

Bahaha some ridiculous dork called Mulletman bothers Bruce at Donington. :)
I think there's some unnecessary repetetiton in the vid, but it's still funny in a way.

...and this is even more funny. BAHAHAHA, Steve singing the first line of Can I Play With Madness alone!!
Adrian, Janick and Bruce laugh their heads off! They must have set this up to make a fool of 'Arry, hehe!
Or Bruce is just fooling around, he claims H just sneezed before it started.  :)

Heh, awesome that 'Arry prank.  I loved Bruce's comment "Hey, shut up, it's serious, it's heavy metal, GRR."  :D

But what the hell was that huge ball?

Naughty Bruce!

This is one is less funny. Steve angry at some (spitting or aggressive?) fan, same gig as where he had to sing alone. :/

At 0.09 he seems to say "Get out!"  -  Bruce wants to continue soon.

Thanks to you both! Open and honest Blaze interview (as often).

I remember how powerful those TXF songs sounded live. They really should get another one out of the closet.

Very little 1986 Bruce interview, from American television, explaining the background of Wasted Years + the videoclip itself.

Not 100% if I have posted this one before, but just in case:
1990 No Prayer on the Road report (Headbanger's Ball) - part 1
1990 No Prayer on the Road report (Headbanger's Ball) - part 2

Love Bruce's "confidence/arrogance" here (esp. if you look back and realize how America indeed did not "understand" Maiden back then):

"If America comes, then great. If it goes away and we don't sell another record in America, we don't care. America is a bonus for us. Our roots are in England and Europe and that's where we belong. When we go to America, we're a European rockband playing America. And if they choose not to understand, that's their loss."
