Well, if we have to accept < 3 votes, so be it. As SMX says, it's just an internet poll  :D However, you'll never be fully right with your last sentence. I might want to only vote for one song (hell, I didn't want to vote for any of the 12 current songs) but I'll always put in 3 votes. That's what this thread is about - making choices that hurt.

I agree. The whole fun is to make tough choices, if you're just doing one vote because you don't want to vote the others then you're taking to too seriousily (in my opinion of course)

Mmmm - I have never once deliberately posted without voting....  I usually place my vote and then go back and post the comment.  I could accept that maybe once it could have happened by mistake but 4 seems very strange.

Are you positive this is the case?    :S

Yes, but I meant at least 4 times in total (looking at all the survivors). E.g., I also noticed it in the Metallica topic.

Back on topic, I'm not exactly looking forward to kicking out songs from Somewhere In Time and Seventh Son ... but soon it will have to happen. Gotta find my painkillers.

I went for Sea of madness, Long distance runner and De ja vu purely because they are the songs i usually skip, really not looking forward to the 7th son round

Deja-vu? Love it! Just love it. Nothing wrong with it. Perhaps it contains the most dynamic drums Nicko ever recorded. Excellent feel, beautiful intro, melodies and harmonies.

edit: And I really started to appreciate Sea of Madness as well. Over the years it even might have become my favourite H track.

Loneliness? I rate this one higher than many 1980-1983 songs. Any day.

Yes, SIT has probably the best Nicko work ever -and yes the loneliness is a huge song

This is really, really hard. I realize that my affection for some SIT songs is stronger than I thought before.
