I mean he's a good drummer but the great detail of Nicko's arrangement is that he reproduced the running pace of the run itself. The fast double bass is simply out of context here.

Tho I agree that TLOTLDR is one of the most "power metal-leaning" (so to say) songs they have done, or better said, one of their songs which might have inspired power metal the most. It's a style Kai Hansen used extensively on Somewhere Out in Space, for example.
 
Hi everyone!

A few years ago I uploaded this cover to my YT channel which had a lot of editing work and is getting lost in oblivion as it has very few views.
Musically it has nothing special except the fact that it is a live performance cover. I learned Dave & Adrian's guitars by ear and created the tabs.
If anyone can appreciate it, it might be from this forum ;) ;)
