He’s definitely more awkward, but I don’t think he really lacks charisma. Before his first exit from Iced Earth he seemed really geeked up on the music. During his return, it just felt like his heart wasn’t in it as much. He’d become a different person due to his new lifestyle.

He’s probably been on a righteous run from the “deep state” ever since the 6th, then finally talked to a lawyer who told him to turn his ass in ASAP to minimize the damage.

It sounds like sedition and insurrection charges are being assembled more slowly than the initial unlawful entry sort of stuff they’re holding people on up front. It will be interesting to see how this all develops and who get the book thrown at them vs. a slap on the wrist.
 
Sounds like he'll be getting a charge of assaulting a police officer, and that's, uh, not good for his prospects of going on tour for 5-10 years.
 
The charges so far, from the Blabbermouth article:

1) Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority

2) Disrupting the Orderly Conduct of Government Business

3) Knowingly Engaging in an Act of Physical Violence Against any Person or Property in any Restricted Building or Grounds

4) Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building

5) Engaging in an Act of Physical Violence in a Capitol Building

6) Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building
 
That's the first run of charges they're hitting these people with, and others seem to trickle in as they go through evidence. Maybe that's it for Jon, but whereas the FBI said he allegedly bear sprayed a cop, it seems highly unlikely that's where it'll end.
