Guns 'N' Roses

Oh God. I did my research and found out they did all 8 at the same time towards the end of the tour. I never expected they would do more than the 3 they did at the start. I was not as surprised that they did play material from ChiDem, after all they had 3 members from that period still in the band. I really liked Catcher in the Rye, There Was a Time, Better and This I Love. Street of Dreams would have been great to hear. Maybe for the European leg this summer!
  • Better
  • Catcher in the Rye
  • Chinese Democracy
  • Madagascar
  • Prostitute
  • Sorry
  • There Was a Time
  • This I Love

Axe Hole will get back to his band of unknown- salaried musicians when this tour is completed. This ‘reunion’ was nothing but a giant cash grab. There will be no new music.
The cash grab thing really doesn't bother me on this one. I let them grab my cash last year and am only disappointed that I cant go to any of the gigs this summer.
As far as new music goes, Id like to see it but, as Indiana Jones 4 proved, maybe some things are better left alone....

Yeah agree. I left more than satisfied when I saw them last year after they played a three hour long concert!

I'm with @Niall Kielt on the new music bit. I think if they did put out new music it would actually be OK, but it could never live up to the hype/expectations/nostalgia from the fans anyways. If they're smart they don't release any new album and just keep their legacy/mystique in tact...it's what people are paying for anyways :p

Not In This Lifetime live album! Make it happen

I think that's definitely coming. Might buy also. They have some great legs/shows/performances to pick from (if they have recorded EVERYTHING since the Not In This Life Time Tour Began...Which I think they have!!) - It would make a great volume two to the 1999 released Live Era' 87-93 :)

Modern GNR fan boys wake up:they were the biggest let down, mega disappointment of all time. One good album, then they tanked, unable to follow it up.

But credit due for milking that album like a prostiute for over 3 decades.

GN'R keeps bringing out the surprises.

DEAD HORSE live in Oklahoma last night for the first time since the Use Your Illusion tour!

Not a perfect version, actually there's quite a few fuckups by multiple band members. But I applaud them for trying out things. On such a long tour, it's also neccessary. Hopefully the fuckups won't keep them from bringing this awesome song back in the set again.

I want to see them so bad! They’re playing 2 nights in Vegas next week and the prices are so expensive! Im going to wait until the day of. Also Locomotive is my favorite GNR song, so that’s just making it worse.
