I consider it as a double album as well but to me there is a striking difference between the two parts.
 
Hmmm, the songs I will regularly listen to on the albums:
- The Garden, Garden of Eden, Right Next Door to Hell (ish), November Rain, Don't Cry, Coma (!!!), Dead Horse, Don't Damn Me
- Civil War, Breakdown, Locomotive, Estranged, You Could Be Mine, Don't Cry (I like both versions and its unfair to only include one).

So UYI1 would get it more for me. Overall I find it REALLY hard to weigh up Dead Horse/Coma/November Rain vs Breakdown/Estranged/Civil War... Civil War trumps Dead Horse, but I love the other 4 so much yet I could probably put them in various orders for completely different reasons.

Hands off Breakdown. I'd vote for November Rain before I voted for Breakdown.
 
Breakdown is about a minute too long. It's a good song though. I like everything that is left, so it's already tough to choose.

Don't know if I'd go that far, but it certainly shall be low on my voting list.

The tough choices for me will be things like Sweet Child/Paradise City vs Breakdown... as I think they are all awesome but in entirely different ways, reasons and moods >.<
