No time to explain the clues in length right now, but in a random order, a few of them dealt with the 1956 film, starring Leslie Nielsen among others, from a novel by C.S Lewis, whose main character was a "nature lover" originally (pic with the heart-shaped hands). The DT reference hinted at the third song from the tenth album, "Wither" (withered hands, withered bodies). "News Etv" can be read on a camera on the cover of the single. "Ex nihilo" deals with the fact that it is how, according to mythology, the "Demons of creation" have created the world.

1. Some Maiden songs are known to cause a bit of controversy, both with fans of the band and the media/public at large. This is one of those songs.
