no to Massacre (Massacre btw is originally a Thin Lizzy song...)
Ok, but the game includes anything Maiden has released officially, including the covers.

EDIT: the rules from page 1
RULES:
  • The song you're giving clues about must be included in an official release from Iron Maiden.
  • You can only guess once per clue.
  • You should post a new clue after at least 3 incorrect guesses or if 18 hours have passed since the last guess was posted and there have been no new guesses.
  • You must explain your clues after someone has guessed correctly.
  • If 36 hours have passed since the clue giver gave the last clue, then anyone can take the turn.
  • If the person who guessed correctly doesn't post a clue within 48 hours, then anyone can take the turn.
;)

The Writing on the Wall

Congrats man, you take the cake.

Here's the explanation to my clues:

Clue #1: Berlin divided, 1980s:
The Berlin Wall had a lot of paintings, slogans and graffitti to it (from the west side), some were art, some were bullshit, some tags were politically inspired, some others were not - and especially in the 1980s all that writing on the wall got more and more.

Clue #2: Protection by the US Army in the year of 2003:
Babylon. The ancient city of Babylon in today's Iraq, some 50 miles out of Baghdad, received protection by the US Army against vandalism and plundering. („from Hollywood to Babylon“...)

Clue #3: The name of a Hard Rock band is part of the lyrics of the Maiden song we're looking for:
Kingdom Come. (...„holy wars to kingdom come)

Clue #4: Allan Kardec:
see explanation to #7

Clue #5: Jean Francois Champollion:
see explanation to #7

Clue #6: Rafael Trujillo:
see explanation to #7

Clue #7: The persons from clues #4, #5 & #6 all have one thing in their biographies in common:
To tell the truth: Until yesterday I never before heard of ANY of them three blokes, however: The thing they share in common is: They all got buried at Pere Lachaise, Paris. So Pere Lachaise is the cemetary where The Doors' Jim Morrison also remains. The Doors released a Morrison written track in 1971 named „Riders On The Storm“, which many of you will know - and of course is nothing but a direct reference to the lyrics to The Writing On The Wall.

Clue #8: There is a Kennenth Anger publication that hints the Maiden song we're looking for:
He released a book by the title of „Hollywood Babylon“.

Well done, @Midnight, your turn.

It's been a while since I've listened to Iron Maiden, but I still remember their lyrics.

Clue 1: Zombies in our skin?
