I mean, saying "the song name is already written down in the clues" is sort of a clue on its own, isn't it?
Well, if you all want an extra hint, clue 13 and 14 are simple codes.
 
I understand, but saying that the answer is in the clues is not a clue. Obviously, clues 13 and 14 must somehow make some sense, but apparently none has figured it out yet, which is why clue 15 should be a clue, and not a comment.

Clues 13 and 14 were, although encoded, literally the song name.
 
This is the first time I do this. I want to make it easy. Except maybe from the first clue.

Part of a concept album of Bruce’s, dealing with a scientist. Similar to Blaze’s Tenth Dimension and the Infinite Entanglement trilogy.
