Why are you guys so outraged? ACOS I can understand, but all other songs I voted for have a lot of votes except Lines In The Sand. Plus Judas said he'll vote for ACOS too soon :P
 
Under A Glass Moon, Scarred, A Change of Seasons, and Lines In the Sand are top 20 DT.

Judas will get his :facepalm: smiley in due time.

NM and HK are both quite good, especially HK, but they still fall short of the best four songs on the album.

Don't know. It's certainly not as good as Take Away My Pain.
 
Voted for Time and Learning, so that Metropolis and Glass would get promoted, Voices, Mirror and :jedi: VEST :jedi: so that Erotomania and Scarred would get promoted, Hell's Kitchen and... ACOS! :p

First off, there's no need to be hasty in voting off the I&W songs. All 4 are top 20 worthy.

I actually agree with you here. Space Dye Vest is awesome; Erotomania and Scarred are both overrated. I really like the Mirror as well, but I don't feel very strongly one way or the other about Voices.

I'm not even going to comment on the rest of that post :p

I've actually never listened to the FII demos apart from a few songs and snippets from others, finally listening to it now. This is probably the most well documented period in the band's history. Not only is there a live video and album with very little overlap in terms of material presented, but there's also the 2 disc collection of demos and two more live albums from this period on Ytse Jam (one featuring Bruce Dickinson!), and a Making Of CD. There's also ACOS, which is its own thing but I lump it with the FII stuff. I listened to Once In a LIVEtime the other day in the car and I forgot how bad JLB sounded on that. Obviously not really his fault and it had to be even harder doing a 3 hour show, but it's still pretty bad. As far as the music goes it's a pretty good disc anyway. There's some cool reworkings of songs, particularly this version of Take Away My Pain:

Going to listen to the two other live discs as well and see if they're any better.
