Can this still be real or just some crazy dream?

Last weekend I had a dream some of my teeth were loose and fell out. I remember being annoyed rather than worried or scared. Despite watching endless horror movies and various dental procedures throughout my life, I have never had a teeth falling out dream before. It was puzzling, but not sure why I had it or what it might mean.

These dreams are pretty common, i have had them , my wife too. They apparently symbolise stress or anxiety and can be related to major changes in your life. They can be very realistic and waking up to realise all your teeth are still there is a big relief.

That's what I'm chalking it up to for now, stress and anxiety. But I've had more of both in the past, I feel oddly calm compared to other times in my life, which is why I'm puzzled over it.

I've also had regular dreams about losing teeth (in one of them a tooth completely shattered in my mouth and I was pulling pieces of it out from my gums :S), I've read they can also be related to financial worry. Though, like you, I've had these dreams when I haven't been particularly stressed in life or worried over money.
