I got floor for Minneapolis. Hard to say if he's overreaching with the venue sizes, but it's a little bit apples and oranges compared to the last time he toured the States. In '97, metal was not in, Maiden was at a low point, and I saw them at a tiny club called the Cabooze. Now, metal's much more in vogue and his profile as singer for the arena-filling Maiden doesn't hurt matters. We'll see.

In the promo teaser, Bruce says they'll be doing one or two different new songs from TMP. Great.

Shadow of the Gods and either Mistress of Mercy or Fingers in the Wounds is my guess.

I don't think it's about magic or the lack thereof. There are many great ideas on The Mandrake Project. It simply needed more focus and editing, instead of piecing together an album from ideas spread over literal decades, including some first drafts.
I was going to say exactly the same. A banch of ideas of songs during free time in decades here and there. I just like if eternity and many doors to hell.sorry the mandrake project and rain in the graves are ok to. But nothing even close to accident of birth and chemical

Bruce said he wanted to try Sonata, but it's a long song (almost 3 minutes longer than Shadow) so idk. I think Eternity probably has a chance. Face In The Mirror, no. He might go with the energy of Mistress Of Mercy, a liked song from the album, iirc. Wounds would be great live and my choice, but Roy said Bruce wondered to add it to the album at first.

If he plays 2, from the first ones will probably remain only Ragnarok and Resurrection Men. Or 5 from the new album, Rain is fun live and a single. But Resurrection Men is technically the 3rd single with a ''live'' video.

I hope he plays Eternity Has Failed. I don’t care that it’s a “Maiden song”; it’s the best song on The Mandrake Project album, in my opinion. Plus it’s different enough from the Maiden version. Play it, Bruce!
