Bruce Dickinson

The way I see it based on the 21st century Maiden album and touring history is that boys will take some rest after 2024 Future Past tour. Then in the first half of 2025 they will go into studio to record new album. Some time between April to June Bruce will do his solo tour in US. Meanwhile all the other background processes with the new album takes place - album cover art, single (video?) details etc. In July/August Maiden starts 3rd leg of Future Past tour in Europe. Also around that time they will announce the upcoming album and it's details and also release the first single, that they will play on the 3rd leg alongside 2-3 changes to the setlist. Tour finishes somewhere around September and that's also the time new album is released. And in October/November they will announce the new album tour for 2026 in North and South America. And that's based on the pattern they have used (or would have used, if Covid, cancer etc hadn't canceled plans) in recent years. I think that would have been the case in 2020 also, play 3rd leg of LotB, add only the first single (WotW) to the setlist and release album on autumn of 2020.

Yeah, that's my vision, what do you think, is it possible?
Pretty much this (only not sure if they will play a new song on a 3rd leg). It's the perfect scenario. I think the band likes the current tour concept and may use it in the future again (maybe not around an old album, but around more rare songs). If they want to do another album tour, there should be no more History/Hits tours, especially because of their length.

Bruce even has plans (or desire) to bring his solo tour to Australia (the full interview below will be released at the end of next month):

Some things about the album:

- he's excited about it.
- people who've heard it say it's the best thing he's ever done.
- the album is a lot about life and death. The music is along with that.
- they wanted to go beyond AOB and TCW (I guess).
- there's more variety on this album, but it's also really heavy.

Well he’s clearly woken up from his sleep but yes I now look forward to TMP. Also did expect a small promo of Rain towards the end.

There’s nothing here mate. Just checked
Yes, I know. But, the fact that this song is on this platform without the music for now shows that the song will, maybe, be available today as Bruce has said some days before along with the release of the 1st comic. Just check AppleMusic later today (or in the next days). ;)

As I said - in last newsletter there was text in a footer:
The forecast is for rain…
So I would assume that song will be available soon. This link on apple music exist for something like 2 - 4 days now so maybe it mean something or maybe it is not.

But if song will not be available today - then when? :-)

Bruce Dickinson's new single Afterglow Of Ragnarok reached no. 4 in the official UK singles sales charts. It is his highest chart position in UK to date.

Shame that did not mean it made it to the top 100 singles chart:

hmmm… UK charts changed too… there were not so many categories… they changed it only some months ago…

but AFTERGLOW reached also no. 2 and no. 3 in Official Vinyl Singles Chart and Official Physical Singles Chart so it's not so bad…
