Awesome! I’ve been going track-by-track through the list and have been through 82-58 thus far. It’s been really interesting, firstly because I’m finally hearing all the songs I missed, and secondly because opinion isn’t always lining up with the majority’s. Cool noodles.
So I've completed my listen-through of the countdown and I enjoyed it a lot. Helped build my appreciation for H's solo stuff up even more than before.
Album-wise:
Silver And Gold - ASAP's only album is great. Even its weakest tracks are still enjoyable, and its best ones knock it out of the park.
State Of Mind - The first Psycho Motel album is actually pretty strong. The only things that hold it back are weak production and a couple boring songs, otherwise it's pretty good. Solli isn't the strongest vocalist ever, but I like him a lot.
Welcome To The World - A stronger album than previous but I'm not sure if I actually like it better. Makin is much stronger vocally, but I don't like how he sounds too much. It's a weird mix between Dave Mustaine and Layne Stayley that comes off as near annoying at times. Still, he helps give the album a unique sound and when he does sound good, he's pretty great. Songwriting is also a step up, as is the production.
Awoken Broken - Yeah, probably the strongest of Adrian's solo albums. Not sure if I prefer it over Silver And Gold, though, but it's a great album nonetheless.
Urchin's stuff was mostly meh but they had a few good songs here and there.
So, I attempted to rank everything, and this is what I've got at the moment:

I don't think it should be surprising that the TCW tracks are at the top, but "Tortured Tone" has blown me away so much I think it's a worthy winner and probably even better than the Bruce ones. Sorry, "The Lion".
Anyways.... fantastic list. Even where I disagree, I understand how the songs got there.
As a note, going by where I ranked the songs I've got the albums / categories looking like this:
