Adrian, Janick and Dave's guitars and Steve's basses

Hey guys, I know this question may not be very related to the topic, but I've been wondering for a while now, does anyone know if Adrian uses any effects or something similar in this part (minute 3:37 in this video) of the BTATS solo? Probably the Digitech Whammy pedal he had back then?

Digitech whammy pedal.

Offtopic: That song is still one of the best arrangements Maiden have ever assembled. And perfect use of Jan and H's guitar soloing styles in the context of the song.

I agree, this is the only song where H and Jan take solos (but Davey doesn't), and I think the combination of Adrian's melodic, beautiful, and elegant style with Janick's raw, aggressive, and powerful style gives the song an excellent feel and makes the song very good and well crafted, for me this is the best song on AMOLAD.

P.S: Thanks for the clarification, I had that doubt about Adrian's solo for a while.

I remember an interview a while back where he said he went ‘mad’ with the whammy pedal on that album. I think it’s just this song and Lord of Light. Both killer tracks. He should bring the pedal back. They made the best album of the reunion era with the pedal, so it must be the X Factor that is missing by from all the others!

Adrian with a black (not the brown) SG along his signature Jacksons in the studio/for videos/rehearsals? Or is it Richie's?

2nd Jackson Superstrat from the early 90's. It used to have a black pickguard and just 1 humbucker. Adrian used it during the Untouchables period along with thw #1 Jackson Super Strat (HSH).
@matic22 as always, thank you very much! Do you know what was the configuration it had during the Accident of Birth period? I see that it had white pickups (don’t know if they’re stock) and a black humbucker in the bridge, but I don’t know if those are Jackson pickups or probably DiMarzios or Duncans, do you know? Thanks!

Zero chance of Jackson-made pickups. They don't make pickups, never have. Only OEM Jackson-branded pickups that exist are in lower quality imports, but those ain't made by Jackson - neither guitars or pickups, or any part really.
