Wiz I'm not from Zagreb but I guess it was very celebratory on the central square. I watched the game at buddies place which is 20 mins walk through downtown of Split from my place and this victory combined with the huge electronic music festival that happens here made the streets pretty crazy at 11 PM. I didn't go out but I couldn't get to sleep until 4 AM.

The game itself was very nerve-wracking and Croatia is the least confident semifinalist of them all.
 
@Forostar I really don't know the status of the players regarding health at the end of club season, what I know is that it doesn't help dragging games into 120+ minutes when you're not at physical peak. I think Subasic is ok (haven't read any papers since the game yesterday) because he defended penalties and was very agile in jumping around. He also landed, in one of last actions, with his full weight on that problematic leg alone. It's probably just a stretched muscle (don't know proper medical English).

I can't really say I'm satisfied with the shown, if we continue to play like this there will be no chance against England. The only thing I can hope for is that Croatia does play better when other team has to take the initiative.

Better than my expectations, I mean. But even so I don't think the first half of the game was dull, in my opinion was very tactic with both teams knowing better each other.

I hope the trophy goes to Belgium or Croatia, because they've never been world champions yet. If it's not possible, I want the trophy going home.
