Should have put Rashford on for Alli. Attacking subs always a better choice when the opposition is chasing the game as they can hit em on the break instead we get a negative player like Dier who has worse accuracy than my 2 year old did when he started potty training. Typical England.
 
I know nothing about Colombia and penalty shoot-outs. They don't have a track record of going far in tournaments which may count against them. Then again, Russia beat Spain.
