^He has no problem with Maiden's schedule. And he confirmed that Maiden's plans are a year or couple in advance. He also called his solo stuff a little bit more varied than Maiden's.
About the spare time, he has it next year too, the first 4 months. I don't disagree with you, but if 2027 is Maiden shorter 3rd leg in the summer (why ''waste'' a whole year with more of the same most likely, because of not enough time for writing and their solo schedules... sad) plus extensive tour for his new solo album, then a lot of spare time is wrong to say. He also said there's a window in 2027 for something. They'll find time to record in the fall, ofc. It seems like they'll probably extend the gap between albums by another year!
