Oh, dating. With the Corona situation the way it is, looks like I won't be doing that anytime soon. Sigh.
It really is. However, the recommendation is to avoid close contact. And I find a date without that a date not worth going to. So I guess I'll just have to learn to survive on my own.I never saw what the issue is for Nordic people. Isn't 2 metres distance your average personal space?
And I find a date without that a date not worth going to.
They prefer dates where 2 meter gaps are kept at all times? You might wanna tell that to some people in this thread.
It worked for Roxane and Christian...well, and Cyrano. They prefer dates where 2 meter gaps are kept at all times?
I've gotten death stares in Sweden for holding hands. You might wanna tell that to some people in this thread.
You can date with latex gloves and a mouthmask.Oh, dating. With the Corona situation the way it is, looks like I won't be doing that anytime soon. Sigh.
Uh no, don't think so. Gloves were hoarded a long time ago, and I'm too vain to wear a mask for a date. Would also prevent something desirable from happening in case the date went well. (Seriously though, our Government forbade any contact less than 2 meters, except for family members etc.)You can date with latex gloves and a mouthmask.
I do understand you feel bad when people don't look you in the eye, and sort of if you talk to them, but if you try to hold hands with people walking by on the street, I understand they may be a bit upset.I've gotten death stares in Sweden for holding hands.
Um no thanks.
Can't relate to that at all. I hold hands a lot here. That's weird.I've gotten death stares in Sweden for holding hands.
Maybe it's because I also have a constant look of "Hi, I'm a stranger and I'd like to have a chat with you."Can't relate to that at all. I hold hands a lot here. That's weird.
Is that a 'Canada' thing, or just a 'you' thing?I also have a constant look of "Hi, I'm a stranger and I'd like to have a chat with you."
Canadians are certainly more friendly than Scandinavians, but it's also a me thing - I'm a big extrovert. Is that a 'Canada' thing, or just a 'you' thing?
