The problem with GNR's 3 hour set is they only have 2 hours of music (having only released one original album in the last 32 years) so you get a full hour of padding - instrumentals, album tracks that only the hardcore fans care about, pointless cover versions etc.

I know this tours gone on for like 4 years or something (ive personally done Newcastle + London x 2 in 2018, then Belfast earlier this year). And for all im excited about the new tour, i have to say im gonna miss legacy of the Beast!

Sadly i dont think we'll see another UK stadium show, its been 14 years since the last one now. Problem is that Download is so reliant on having maiden, metallica or slipknot every year, id imagine they just get given a blank cheque and put whatever figure they want on it! Plus i expect...
Totally agree, i would never complain about a show anyway (a crap Maiden show is still twice as good as anyone else at their best) but having watched a few of the previous shows on YouTube i think that setlist (particularly the encores) works a lot better when you're sctually there. And i guess...

I know its not unusual for Steve to recycle things from earlier songs but when its a track you got sued over its either a ballsy move or asking for trouble isnt it?
