It’s a bit scary to think that Steve completely lost it after 1992. I think Martin did a lot of the dirty work for Maiden’s sound!

Not arguing with that at all. I felt Steve wanted a loyal singer who also liked football and was British. Not necessarily the best option for the end result, but a dedicated member nonetheless.

I did speed it up. I did not change the guitars. I think someone else's channel did that for the whole album!
